1. Loosen the lock knob (12) on the coupler (11).
2. Align the release button (9) with the location hole (10)
and move the two shafts together.
3. Turn the upper shaft (8) until the release button (9) locks
into the location hole (10).
4. Tighten the lock knob (12).

1. Push the auxiliary handle (7) onto the upper shaft (8).
2. Move the auxiliary handle (7) above the metal ring (14)
and make sure that the metal ring (14) fits between the
slot on the auxiliary handle (7).
3. Align the holes on the auxiliary handle (7) and the metal
ring (14).
4. Put the handle knob (12) through the holes and tighten it.
