Danger:
electric parts – cutting parts – fans – inflammable gas – refrigerant gas – gas pipes – non-drinking water – airflows
– cold environments – slippery floors and platform – glass or Plexiglas parts – Plexiglas cover – lamps.
Danger: high tension electric machine connected to the electric mains.
Risk of electric shock and fire.
Warnings:
- Only qualified technicians are allowed access to the electric parts.
- Do not touch the machine if your hands or feet are wet.
- Do not operate the machine if your feet are bare.
- Do not put your fingers or any other things through the grid or air intakes.
- Do not pull the power lead.
- Do not wash the machine with water jets.
- Turn the machine off and unplug it from the mains before beginning any maintenance or cleaning work.
- If the machine floods with water, contact an authorised service centre to have it repaired before trying to use it
again.
- If the machine is left unused for a long time, turn off the automatic switch and unplug the machine from the mains.
General dangers.
Accident risk.
Warnings:
- Cutting parts: wear safety gloves before carrying out any work on the machine.
- Ensure that the machine is only moved in safe conditions using suitable equipment paying attention not to
damage people or property.
- Moving fans: do not remove the protective grids.
- Do not store, use or bring inflammable or combustible gasses near the machine.
- If there are any unusual noises, smells or smoke coming from the machine, immediately turn off the automatic
switch and unplug it from the mains.
- Check the refrigerant gas that is used, it could be inflammable: read the identification label carefully.
- If any refrigerant gas leaks from the machine, DO NOT TOUCH the leaked gas.
- If any inflammable gas leaks from the machine cooling circuit, open the windows to ventilate the room and
immediately contact the service centre.
- Do not install the machine anywhere that is exposed directly to winds off the sea (salt sprays).
- After installing or repairing the machine check there are no leaks of refrigerant gas.
- Airflows: do not expose people or children to the hot and cold airflows.
- Do not obstruct the airflow intake or outlet.
- Not drinking water: do not drink any water that comes from the machine.
- Foodstuffs must not be in direct contact with the machine but placed in suitable containers such as pans, grills or
basins.
- High and low temperature gas pipes: check their temperature and wear safety gloves before touching them.
- Lamps: check the lamps and the parts around them are not hot before touching them, wear safety gloves.
- Cold environments: if somebody enters the machine check that the door always remains open.
- Floor and platform could be slippery: always keep the floor and machine platform clean and dry. Always wear
rubber-soled shoes.
- Glass and Plexiglas parts: do not hit the glass or Plexiglas parts hard.
- Do not place anything on the glass or Plexiglas parts.
- When raising or lowering the Plexiglas cover ensure nothing obstacles its movement.
