It is recommended that maintenance operations are recorded in a
logbook. The record should include the following:
Installation date, and contractor performing the installation
Serial and tag no.
Entries for every maintenance operation performed, including the
description of the operation, date, and personnel ID.
If a unit is sent to Dräger for service, a copy of the logbook should
accompany it.

Corrective action
To clean the detector window and reflector:
