MACHINE PREPARATION
Step 6: Lock the jamb nut and the locknut.
Step 7: Once locked ensure that the distance
between the set nut and the hydraulic cylinder is 2.11
mm.
Step 8: Start the machine, pull back the upper roller
as far as possible, close the cylinder cutoff valve and
start to pump. Do not pump continuously, allow the
tube to rotate three times for each pumping
operation. When the set nut touches the hydraulic
cylinder stop pumping and do not stop the machine
until the tube has rotated three times. Stop the
machine, open the cylinder cutoff valve to ensure that
the hydraulic cylinder recedes and remove the tube.
