Cleaning the filter pump (G)
Attention! Danger to life by electrocution. Never open the motor housing.
Remove the screw from the strainer casing underside, unhook the three engagement hooks from the holder, then
remove strainer casing (G1). Unscrew the ball joint from the pump outlet and take pump out of the strainer casing
(G2). Clean the filter pump under running water using a soft brush. Remove soiling from the impeller through the
openings in the pump housing (G3). After cleaning, reassemble the unit in the reverse order.
Important! Never open the filter pump yourself. Contact a qualified electrician should the rotor be blocked.
Storage/Over-wintering
Put the unit out of operation at water temperatures below 8 °C or, at the latest, when freezing temperatures are to be
expected. Drain and thoroughly clean the pressure filter, check for damage. Remove, clean, dry and store all filters in a
frost-free environment. Store the filter pump submerged or filled in a frost-free environment. Do not immerse the plugs!
Ensure that the storage place is inaccessible to children. Cover the filter container such that the ingress of rain water is
excluded. Drain all hoses, pipes and connections as far as possible.
Wearing parts
The UVC lamp, the quartz glass, the filters and the rotor are wear parts and are excluded from the warranty.
Disposal
Dispose of the unit in accordance with the national legal regulations. The UVC lamp needs special disposal. Ask your
specialist dealer.

Utilisation conforme à la finalité
La série BioPress 8000/12000, appelée ci-après « appareil », est un système de filtration sous pression fermé avec
appareil de préclarification à UVC intégré pour la filtration bio-mécanique de l'eau normale d'étangs, pour des tempéra-
tures comprises entre +4°C et + 35 °C. Le système de filtration sous pression est exclusivement prévu à des fins
privées pour le nettoyage des bassins de jardin avec ou sans poissons. L'utilisation du système de filtration sous
pression n'est autorisée qu'avec la pompe de filtration faisant partie des fournitures (BioPress 8000 avec Aquamax
Start 3500 ou BioPress 1200 avec Aquamax Start 5500).

En cas d'utilisation non conforme à la finalité et de manipulation non appropriée de cet appareil, des risques pour les
personnes peuvent en résulter. Toute utilisation non conforme à la finalité entraîne l'annulation de notre responsabilité
ainsi que de l'autorisation d'exploitation générale.
