Switch the appliance off and

remove the lid in order to take the
food out of the container.
CAUTION: Never use the mixing

paddle at speeds greater than 4.
CAUTION: Only switch the

appliance on after attaching the
accessory to the blade. Never
introduce any ingredient that could
jam or damage the accessory
when it is in motion.
Blade guard (L)
This accessory is really useful when

preparing risotto and stir food,
as it stops the appliance from
shredding it.
Use
Fit the blade and the guard inside

the container, following the same
procedure as with the mixing
paddle.
Add the ingredients and then fit

the lid and the measuring beaker.
Next, fit the jug onto the base of

the appliance.
Plug the appliance into the mains

supply and press the ON/OFF
button (R).
Set the time, speed (1-4) and

temperature. Press the START
button to start the appliance. The
