2. Input Selection
An audio input and some audio outputs are
defi ned.
When the contact input and the priority of
the audio input are activated, the message
is sent to the audio outputs.
• Input: Enter the input number where
the message generating source has been
connected.
Press MENU/OK to save the data.
• Outputs: Enter the name of the output
or group of outputs to which the message
is to be sent. To add other outputs or
groups, press key
of the output or group that you wish
to add (maximum 100 outputs and/or

groups).

3. Live Message
An audio input and some audio outputs are

When the contact input is activated, the

Unlike the previous confi guration, it is not
necessary to activate the priority of the
audio input.

• Priority Level: The priority level is
established in the same way as when an
audio input is confi gured.
There are 64 different priority levels.

• Gong: This option is for confi guration of
the gong (provided that the audio input
belongs to a UMX-EGC card).

4. PC Notifi cation
Through this function the control computer
is notifi ed of any variation in the status of
the contact.
For this purpose, the UMX-02/0 and the PC
must be connected by means of the RS485
bus.
5. Inc/Dec Volume
Enter the number corresponding to the
outputs or groups whose volume it is wished
to modify when the contact input is turned
off. These outputs will adopt the volume
defi ned when confi guring the increase /
decrease in volume of the audio outputs.
