Before you start any maintenance or adjustment jobs, always turn the
machine off and unplug it from the mains socket (if envisaged). Wait a
few minutes for it to cool down. Do not repair the equipment, but
always contact a Technical Service Centre.
Problems
The pump works but the
boiler is not filled with
water.
The pump fails to work.
Red LED off.
The pressure fails to rise in
the boiler even if the LED
lights up (5)
The gauge continues to
read zero pressure

Causes
1) Union (20) obstructed
2) No water in main supply
line or in tank
3) Supply solenoid valve
defective
4) Water inlet
obstructed
5) Union (19) obstructed
1) Level controller
damaged
2) Pump motor burnt out
3) Starting condenser burnt
out
4) Pump blocked
5) Level sensor defective
1) The heating elements
are burnt out
2) The pressure switch or
the thermostat is damaged
3) The connection pipe of
the pressure switch is
obstructed.
Solutions
1) Loosen the union (20)
and remove the scale in the
boiler using a sharp object
2) Put water in the tank or
open the tap
3) Clean the valve and
filter
restore it or replace it
4) Dismantle the hose (17)
and clean
carefully
5) Remove the union and
clean the scale off it
1) Replace
controller
2) Replace the motor
3) Replace the condenser
4) Knock
delicately to release the
impeller
5) Replace the sensor
1) Replace the heating
units with the seal
2) Replace the pressure
switch or the thermostat
3) Disassemble
connection union and clean
the scale off it
