Our shredders are designed for crushing the
various types of waste and products resulted from
vegetable materials used to composting.
The material is fed through the top or side feed
hopper, according to each size and type of
material.
This process leads to material defibration, which
allows fast composting of the organic matter and
volume reduction.
Attention!
The lateral funnel should be set on the
machine before operation.
Three variants of equipment are offered:
BIO 300E
Powered by an electric motor
The BIO 300E model is equipped by factory with
a 10 cv electric motor.
Eletric
All TRAPP shredders, single and three phase,

are equipped with dual voltage motors. They
leave factory without electrical connection to the
customer to select the connection type, according
to the voltage of your power supply.
For shredders sold without motor, the choice of the

minimum power must follow the technical data
shown on pg. 46.

General Information

BIO 300G
Powered by gasoline motor
The BIO 300G cruhser is equipped with either a
13.5 HP (Briggs & Stratton) motor or a 15 HP
(TRAPP / Lifan) motor.
BIO 300 w/o motor
Powered by both electric and gasoline
motor
The BIO 300 motorless crusher can be equipped
with both gasoline and electric engines, according
to the recommended minimum power. To know
which types of motors are compatible with the base
drilling please contact TRAPP.
Motor Installation


Attention!
Before using the organic shredder is
necessary to read the motor manual.
For motors above 5 HP, we recommend using star
delta switch. The recommended model is the ETW
(WEG Drives and Controls) or similar.
Due to the ignition key is distant from the crusher,
install an emergency button on the equipment, for
an immediate shutdown of the crusher with electric
engine.
