• Make sure the plug has an adequate earth base.
• Don't allow children play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance out of the reach of children.
• Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of
children less than 8 years old.
• Only pour cool water into the tank.
• VERY IMPORTANT: do not immerse the appliance
in water or other liquids.
• Never use the jug on an electric or gas cooker, nor in a
microwave, do not use it when it has a fissure.
• Avoid placing the jug on a cold or wet surface.
• Do not remove the lid neither the filter holder when the
coffee maker is working. You must wait until all the water
and steam have come out of the tank. In case there were
some water left in the tank and before removing you must
wait until the coffee maker is cold so it loses all its pressure.
• Before using the coffee maker for the first time with coffee,
use it only with water a couple of times for a complete
cleaning of all the system.
• This appliance is designed for domestic use only.
• The cleaning and maintenance done by users, can not be
done by children without any supervision, unless they are
over 8 years and they are under supervision.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an
Authorised Service Centre.
INTRUCTIONS OF USE
COFFEE
• Before making any operation, always be sure that the knob (3) is in off position "0".
• Using the spoon (11) put, without press, coffee into the filter (7) according with the coffee cups that
you wish to get. The indications placed on the filter will help you as an orientation. It is important not
to be the ground coffee too fine. You will get a better coffee.
• Leave the filter into the filter holder (6). Hold the group by the handle and place the filter holder into
its anchorage (5) putting into line with the handle with the indication "ABRIR" of the coffee maker
by pushing up and turning to the indication "CERRAR" until it is correctly inserted.
• Unscrew the lid (1) of the tank and pour water into it. The graduated jar (8) will help you to orientate.
