▶ Starting Operation

Before vacuuming, ensure that the
filter assembly is assembled securely.
Only use an undamaged filter (no
cracks, small holes, etc.). Replace a
damaged filter immediately. See
"Cleaning/replacing filters".
▼ EMPTYING THE DUST CANISTER
Empty the dust canister 7 after each use
in order to ensure that the vacuum
cleaner continues to perform optimally.

Switch the unit off and remove the
battery pack (See "Inserting and
Releasing Battery Pack").

Hold the vacuum cleaner over a
suitable waste bin.

Press the release button 8 to open the
emptying flap 9 (Fig. 5).

Shake out the dust canister 7.

Close the emptying flap 9 until you
hear it click into place.
