TOASTING INSTRUCTIONS

1.
Before toasting, make sure the wire bread feeder and reflector/crumb tray are
clean, properly assembled, and in position on the Conveyor Toaster.
2.
Place Conveyor Toaster on a stable, flat, heat resistant surface.
3.
Turn the DARKNESS control dial to the desired setting.
4.
Press the Power Saving Switch to FULL POWER / TOAST.
5.
Remove all protective wrappings from food before placing onto the wire
bread feeder.
6.
Plug the power cord into a 120V AC electrical outlet.
7.
Press the red ON/OFF switch to ON. The switch will illuminate.
8.
Pre-heat the unit before placing the bread for toasting
9.
Place 2 pieces of bread or toaster food side by side onto the wire bread feeder
where it will travel onto the conveyor belt to be toasted.
10. At the end of the toasting cycle, bread or toaster food will automatically be
dropped into the toast drawer. Use care when removing bread as the stainless
steel reflector/crumb tray and toast drawer may be hot.
11. To interrupt toasting, press the illuminated ON/OFF switch to OFF, once all the
bread is cleared from the conveyor belt.
12. Unplug cord from wall outlet and allow Conveyor Toaster to cool when not in
use, before attempting to dislodge food, and before cleaning.

SINGLE ELEMENT TOASTING: BOTTOM ONLY

NOTE: Use the single heating element: BOTTOM ONLY cycle for bagels, English
muffins, buns, and all 1-sided browning.
1.
Slice bagels, English muffins or buns in half; place each half with the cut sides
facing down onto the wire bread feeder.
2.
Turn the darkness control dial to the desired toast color.
3.
Press the Power Saving Switch to change from both FULL POWER / TOAST to
HALF POWER / BAGEL.

REMOVING LODGED FOODS

CAUTION: The stainless steel wire bread feeder and reflector/crumb tray become very
hot during use. Make sure the Conveyor Toaster is unplugged and completely cool
before clearing any jam.
1.
If, after toasting, a piece of bread or any other toaster food becomes jammed,
press the illuminated ON/OFF switch, to turn the unit OFF. Then remove plug
from wall outlet. Allow the Conveyor Toaster to cool completely.
CAUTION: If this appliance has not been cooled down completely.
Damage may result.
WARNING: Never insert hands into the toasting chamber to clear the jam.
Severe injury may result.
2.
To clear a blockage, pull wire bread feeder and reflector/crumb tray out to remove.
3.
Using a long object, preferably made of wood, dislodge the object causing the jam.
WARNING: To avoid damage to the heating element or cause injury to persons,
never use a plastic or metal object to clear the jam or remove blockage.
4.
Clean the crumb tray. Replace the wire bread feeder and clean reflector/
crumb tray following the detailed procedures described in CARE & CLEANING
INSTRUCTIONS.
