Congratulations on your purchase of La Chocolatière chocolate maker;
we hope you have lots of fun creating delicious chocolates.
To prolong its life, please read the instructions in this manual carefully.
• Make sure that the appliance is not plugged in.
• Clean the lid and stainless steel bowl with warm, soapy water. Rinse
and dry thoroughly. These parts will come into contact with food,
therefore must be clean.
• The body of the appliance can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
• DO NOT immerse the heating base or cord in water or any other liquid.
• Place the stainless steel bowl back into the heating base.
• Unfold the electrical cord and make sure that it will not come into
contact with any nearby heat sources.
• Check that the power supply voltage corresponds to the one listed on
the back of the control unit.
