3. Once you have picked the "launch button" on
which to store the command sequence, keep it
pressed down for 5 seconds. (NB: the launch
button can be any button with a fixed function
or a variable function assigned by the screen. In
this latter case, first select a page of the screen
from among the three ones available. Then
keep the selected button pressed down for 5
seconds). The LED light - now green - starts
flashing faster. From this moment onwards, all
the buttons pressed will be recorded.
As soon as the recording of the sequence starts on a launch button, any pre-existing command and/or symbol
can be cancelled.
During the recording of the sequences, every so often the buttons pressed actually transmit the corresponding
commands. The sequence setting is not, therefore, a theoretical operation (as with many remote controls that have
appeared on the market), and this is why it is possible to check the correct pressing operation, in real time.
- In the sequences, it is possible to store both the appliance change as well as the screen page change.
- In the sequences, it is impossible to store the pressure on the LEARN button or on the LIGHT one.
- In the sequences, it is impossible to understand the pressure on the launch buttons of other MEMO: if you
attempt to record the MEMO it will end with the previous valid operation.
4. In order to conclude the recording of the sequence,
press the LEARN button for an instant. At this point,
the green LED stops flashing, the red LED flashes
three times as confirmation and if one of the twelve
buttons to the side of the LCD has been selected
as launch button, in the area corresponding to the
button, the writing "MEMO" appears.
When a sequence is being carried out, it cannot be interrupted, each pressing of the buttons on the
remote control is ignored until the end of the MEMO.
- If the MEMO does not end with the pressing of the LEARN button but ends as a result of an error
or for time-out, all the operations carried out up to that point, are recorded, and on the launch
button, if it is one of the 12 buttons to the side of the LCD, the writing ERROR.
After inserting the new functions on the buttons in the area of the LCD screen via the procedure
LEARN or MEMO, it is possible to make an acronym appear in the area corresponding to the buttons
themselves, with a maximum of 5 alphanumerical digits that recall the function carried out.
In order to write this, proceed as follows:
1. Press the PAGE button for at least 5 seconds:
The red LED starts flashing and a display
appears with numerical buttons and letters.
In the top right hand corner of the screen,
5 hyphens appear,
underlined.
2. Now compile the desired writing by selecting
the letters by pressing on the corresponding
buttons - precisely - as you would do with
text messages on mobile phones - for a
maximum of 5 alphanumerical digits.
3. Once you have finished compiling the writing,
press the button corresponding to the writing
"ENTER" in the lower part of the LCD. The
screen will return to normal display.
