NO SOUND OR DISTURBED SOUND:
- Ensure that the AC power supply unit is fully plugged into the mains power socket and that the cable is correctly con-
nected to the DC IN connector of the transmitter.
- Ensure that the audio cable connectors are fully inserted in the sockets.
- Ensure that the ON/OFF switches of the transmitter base and the headphone receiver are in the ON position.
- The battery charge level in the headphone receiver could be too low.
Recharge the battery or replace it with the spare battery, if fully charged.
- Ensure that the television is on a channel that transmits an audio signal or that the source audio device is on and in
playback.
- The input audio signal level could be too low. Increase the output volume of the TV or of the audio device connected;
check that the green lamp «P» remains on continuously.
- The headphone receiver output level could be too low. Use the headphone receiver volume control «C» to increase the
sound level, if necessary, adjust the balance control «F» on the rear of the headphones.
- The surrounding sound listening mode with the internal microphone may have been activated accidentally. Disable it
with the "MIC" button, check that the indicator lamp «B» is green.
- The headphone receiver could be too far from the transmitter. Move closer to the transmitter.
If the headphone receiver is not linked to the transmitter (green LED B fl ashing), follow the procedure below:
1) Make sure that the transmitter base and headphone receiver are both switched off, and that the headphones are not
inserted on the base.
2) Switch the headphone receiver on.
3) Press the MIC button for about 5 seconds, the green LED «B» fl ashes rapidly.
4) Switch the transmitter base on.
5) The headphone receiver and transmitter base are coupled automatically and after a few seconds the green LED «B»
stops fl ashing and remains on continuously.
