4. To complete the assembly of the stand, insert
the side panels into the structural frame.
Starting with the left and right side panels
(c, d), align the tabs protruding from the inside
of the side panel with the designated slots on
the side beams (i, j, k, l). Once inserted, press
downward to fix the panel to the base (g) and
side beams (i, j, k, l) (FIGURE 6).
NOTE: The tongue at the base of the panel will
fit into the groove in the base of the stand. The
side panels will fit flush to each other and with
the top support (FIGURE 7). None of the panels
should overlap each other or with the top
support. With the left and right side panel (c,d)
installed, repeat the procedure with the front
panel (e) and back panel (f). The base is now
assembled (FIGURE 8).
NOTE: the base is equipped with caster wheels
and height-adjustable feet. The caster wheels
should be at the back and adjustable feet at the
front. Ensure that you install the front panel (e)
to the side of the base with the adjustable feet.
5. Before placing the main unit on the stand, use
two #3 screws to attach the handle to the door
of the storage compartment. Insert the screws
through the back side of the storage door into
the threaded holes in the handle tubing, and
fasten them securely (FIGURE 9).
6. To complete the assembly, place the main unit
(a) on the top support (h) of the stand (FIGURE
10). The bolt holes in the dispensing area of the
main unit (a) will be aligned with the threaded
holes in the top support (h) (FIGURE 11). Use
the two #2 bolts provided and fasten the main
unit (a) to the stand.
NOTE: Once the bolts are inserted into the
dispensing area, ensure they are securely
fastening the main unit with the stand.
