General instructions
1.
Before storing the Trolley Jack the lever has to be set in its lowest position. Place the Trolley Jack
together with the accessories in the blow-case and store at a dry and secure place.
2.
From time to time you should check the oil-level of the Trolley Jack by removing the release valve.
The oil-level should reach the lower edge of the valve-opening.
3.
For re-fill you must exceptionally use hydraulic-oil specified SAE 10.
4.
Keep your Trolley Jack, especially all moving parts, always clean and greased.
Clearing faults
1.
In case the lever of the Trolley Jack cannot be lifted, you should first check the oil-level, as
discribed above. Place the Trolley Jack on an even surface, open and remove the release-valve
and let the lever reach its lowest posi-tion. Fill up with hydraulic-oil SAE 10 by using a small funnel
to be put into the opening on top of the piston-housing. As soon as the oil-level reaches the lower
edge of the valve-opening, stop re-filling, fit the release-valve and close the filler-opening.

Also air in the hydraulic-system may cause malfunction of the Trolley Jack. For ventilation please
refer to above point 2 - 4 under „OPERATION".

In case of malfunction with correct oil-level and closed release valve, the gaskets inside the
Trolley Jack may be damaged. The gaskets must be replaced by an authorized service-center. Do
not try to replace the gaskets by yourself. Unproper repair increases the risk of personal
injuries.

The warranty for this tool starts at the date of purchase. Please provide your purchase bill as proof.
