ASSEMBLING AND ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
FOR 1P200/1P200-KD PNEUMATIC KNEE

One 1P200 or 1P200-KD pneumatic knee
Use :
This knee is designed exclusively for lower limb prosthesis.
It is specifically recommended for active patients and low activity level patients, up to 125 kg
(carried load included).
Features :
In extension this joint system with short linkages puts the instantaneous center of rotation
backward the load line. This ensures a good stability in stance phase. Adjustments (E) and (F) allow
to adapt shock absorption during flexion independently from shock absorption at the end of exten-
sion. The extension assist is not adjustable.
Weight : about 743 g.
Possible flexion up to 170°. Flexion is only limited by the contact of the knee with the socket or the
cosmetic cover.
Assembling : Connections with the other prosthetic components.
This knee is available in two different models.
1P200: Upper connection by a male
pyramid that is convenient for TF ampu-
tation or hip disarticulation.
Lower connection by a male pyramid
connector.
1P200-KD: Upper connection by a con-
nector with a M36x1,50 screw that is con-
venient for long stump or knee disarticu-
lation. Lower connection by a male pyra-
mid connector.
FINISHING: 1G13 one-part cosmetic
cover (complete or partial).
Inform your patient: The warranty is
not applicable to damages due to a bad
assembly, an inadequate alignment, a very dusty environment without adapted protection, or any
inappropriate use.
Using a cosmetic cover is highly recommended to prevent your fingers or clothing from being jam-
med in the joint. Avoid exposing the knee to situations that may cause the corrosion of the metallic
parts (fresh water, sea water, acid, ...). In case of fall, shock or abnormal behaviour of the joint,
contact your CPO for knee control.
