• When the unit is powered up; if the opening travel limit is active and automatic re-closing has
been selected the gate/door will close after the pause period has expired.
• When the unit is powered up with the gate/door not completely closed the logic will
only allow the opening command and not the closing command. The only exception
occurs when the opening travel limit is active or if the "closing memory" function has
been selected. Therefore the programmer cannot detect an active "FCC" and will be
set to the completely open status
• With the barrier fully open, activating "FTC_I" or "TA" will force a pause time reset.
Alarm indications
1) Wrong parameters in EEPROM memory
If there is a data read error from EEPROM the "POSFCC" output will indicate the error
by activating intermittently: the system will be blocked. You will have to enter work
time programming to correct the error. Pressing the "P1" button will force the LED
"L2" to fl ash straight away.
2) Simultaneous travel limit activation
Simultaneous travel limit activation will cause the programmer to block as long as the problem
exists. The warning light will stay on for 3 seconds and off for 3 seconds.
When the travel limits have been freed an automatic reset will occur and normal
operation will return.

REMOTE CONTROL

The dynamic command can be also be controlled via radio by inserting a Cardin standard
radio receiver card into the "R1" (fi g.1) interface slot. It is possible to manage a single
channel associated with the dynamic function. For ulterior information consult the instruction
manual supplied with the receiver card.

FUNCTION MODE

DIP-SWITCH SETTINGS (D1)
DIP 1: On => automatic re-closing enabled.
Off => automatic re-closing disabled.
DIP 2: On => "manual mode" activated.
Off => "manual mode" disactivated.
DIP 3: On => TD mode: "open-close" with inversion only during the opening stage.
Off => TD mode: "open-block-close-block".
1) Automatic
Selected by moving dip 1 to the "ON" position.
When the barrier is completely closed the dynamic command will start a complete cycle ending
with automatic reclosing. Automatic reclosing starts after the programmed pause period has
elapsed when the opening cycle has been completed or straight away after the intervention
of a photoelectric cell (the intervention of a photoelectric cell causes the pause time to be
reset). Pressing the blocking button during the pause time will inhibit automatic reclosing. The
indicator light remains lit until the closing manoeuvre has terminated.
2) Semi-automatic
Selected by moving dip 1 to the "OFF" position.
The work cycle is managed using the dynamic command. Once the gate/barrier arrives in the
completely open position the system will wait for a dynamic command (either via radio or by
pressing a button) to complete the cycle.
3) Manual
Selected by moving dip 2 to the "ON" position.
The work cycle is managed by continuously pressing the control buttons. Every interruption
(releasing the button) will cause a stop.
