5.3 Adjusting the strap
If the strap is too tight, you can remove the rubber section (#1).
U To release the section, press the top of the strap
until the section pops out.
U To put the section back, line it up from below and
push it back into place.

5.4 Treatment Plan

A full Solio Alfa+ treatment session takes just 10-20 minutes.
Treatment intervals
Start treating up to twice a day for up to 10 days.
U
If the pain persists after 10 days, continue treating once a day for up to 90
U
days.
If the pain persists after that, continue treating 2-3 times a week, until the
U
pain disappears.

Up to twice daily
E Use Solio Alfa+ only as long as you feel pain.
