11. Troubleshooting

Do not attempt to open or repair your device. You may exposure yourself to dangerous
electrical components and may cause serious harm to yourself. It will also void the warranty.
Problem
My Solio Alfa+ does
not start.
There is no energy
emitted when the
device touches my skin.
Checks
Make sure the adapter is properly connected to the device, that it
is plugged into an electrical outlet on the wall, and that you have
pressed the control button.
Check that:

the device is connected and turned on
y
you have applied sufficient gel
y
the treatment surface is in good contact with the skin, and
y
you are moving the device across the treatment area
