PACKAGING INCLUDES: One (1) flush mount bracket and six (6) screws.
TO INSTALL
WARNING:
TO AVOID FIRE, SHOCK, OR DEATH; TURN OFF POWER AT CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE AND TEST THAT THE POWER IS OFF
BEFORE WIRING!
1. Flush Mounting (Figs. 1, 2 & 3):
a. Fit mounting bracket over panel as shown in Fig. 1.
b. Align panel top with non-flanged side of mounting bracket. Insert screws (provided) into mounting bracket threaded screw holes. Firmly tighten screws
until mounting bracket is secured to panel as shown in Fig. 2.
c. Mount to surface using mounting screws (not provided) as shown in Fig. 3.

Surface Mounting (Figs. 4, 5 & 6):
a. From the inside of the panel, punch out the four puncture holes located at the corners of the panel's bottom, as shown in Fig. 4.
b. Insert screws (not provided) as shown in Fig. 5 and firmly tighten to mount to surface as shown in Fig. 6.

2. Restore power at circuit breaker or fuse after wiring. Installation is complete.
