Thicknessing

Perform all machine settings with the machine being disconnected
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic activation of the

14.6.1 Adjustments

 Disassemble the angle stop and place the blade cover to the upper position
 Disassemble the hose of the dust collector plug
 Unlock the eccentric lock (A)
 Unfold the planer tables like shown in the below pictures
 Turn the dust collector box at 180° to the top position
 Remount the hose of the dust collector

14.6.2 Thicknessing of workpieces

 Unlock the table lever (B) and set
the required height of the
thicknessing table with the hand
wheel (A)
 The height will be shown on the
scale (C)
 Set the thicknessing table height to
the workpiece height minus the
requested cutting depth
 Maximum cutting depth = 2,5 mm!
 Fix the thicknessing table height
with the lever (A)
 Set the feeding lever to position ON
