• Move your RUBILASER L2D2 until it is 15 cm.
(6") from wall B. Mark the intersection point
of the two laser lines on wall B, and name this
point B2.
• Turn your unit 180º and mark the intersection
point of the two laser lines on wall A. Name
this point A2.
• Measure the distance between A1 and A2 and
between B1 and B2. If the distances are equal,
the laser is correctly calibrated. If there is a
difference greater than 3.17 mm. (1/8"), your
unit is uncalibrated.
Vertical:
• Choose a doorframe, where there should be
a distance of 2.5 m free of obstacles or walls
on each side.
• Place your unit at a point A (2.5 m. from the
door) and activate it. Select the vertical laser
line.
• Mark a first point B on the ground over the
projected line 2.5 m. from the point A where
your unit is located.
• Mark a second point C on the ground over
the same projected laser line 5 m from A.
• Without moving your RUBILASER L2D2,
mark a third point D located on the upper
doorframe.
• Take your unit and move it to point C. Align the
vertical laser beam EXACTLY with point B.
• Observe the distance between the laser beam
and point D. If it is equal to or less than 16
mm. (1/6"), your unit is correctly calibrated.
