4- Assembly and installation

4.1- Assembly of the detached parts

The parts previously described are delivered
disassemble to facilitate the machine transport.
NOTE:All the bolts, nuts and washers used in the
assembly which follow the machine.
Rack (1)
If the rack is disassembled, assemble it according next
steps:
a) Assemble each one of the dumpers (1a), with the bolt
(1b) + plain washer + lock washer + nut (1c).
b) Assemble the internal slideing rail (1d) according
illustrated, with one bolt, two plain washers and one nut
(1e).
Assemble the external sliding rail (1f) at the same way,
as previous item.
c) However, together and on the rail, set up the belt
tighteners (1g), using 2 nuts (1h) to adjust the tension of
the belt.
Installing the Forage Chopper and motor on the rack
Forage Chopper
Install the Forage Chopper on the rack, on opposite
extremities side of tighteners and fasten it with 4 nuts
(2a) + plain washers + nuts.
