3.3- Technical specifications

Drive: Electric motor or combustion.
- The electric motor can be supplied with the machine as optional.
Motor installation: On the same rack of the Forage Chopper.
Power of the motor:
- Electric: 2,3 or 5 hp (1,47 - 2,20 or 3,68 kw).
- Combustion: 3,5 to 8,0 (2,6 to 5,9 kw).
Working speed of the impeller: 2.500 rpm to 2.700 rpm.
Cutting knives: 2 units.
Driving belt: A48
Pulley diameter which follow the machine:
- To 60 Hz motor: 105 mm (1 groveA).
- To 50 Hz motor: 125 mm (1 groveA).
- To combustion engine: The pulley must be supplied by the client and designed to supply the
recommended speed to the impeller of the Forage Chopper.
Motor pulley diameter (mm) = (138 x 2600*) / Motor speed** (rpm)
* Average speed rate (2600 rpm). If you desire other speed in this zone of 2500 to 2700 rpm,
only use the respective value in the formula.
** The selected RPM to the motor, must one that perform the required power by the machine,
e.g. 3,5 to 8.0 hp.
Impeller pulley diameter: 138 mm (1 groveA).
Machine approximate weight (without motor): 40 Kg.
NOTE: The electric motor, depending on the power, can weight up to 50 Kg.
