Possible cause
The brush roller is blocked
Motor failure
The appliance is blocked, or full
of dust in filter and dustbin
1. The sensor inside the dustbin
is blocked
2. The dustbin is not installed
WiFi is not connected
The battery is overheated
Abnormal charging condition
No battery pack or battery pack
installed improperly during
charging

Solution
Remove blockages
Remove blockages, or restart
Remove blockages, clean the
filter and dustbin
1. Clean the dust on the inner
sensor
2. Install the dustbin correctly
Follow the in-app guide to
connect to WiFi
Remove the battery pack and let
it cool
The adaptor is not designed for

Install the battery on the main
