STEP 2: Use the hexagonal
screwdriver to unscrew
the hexagonal bolt and
washer of the front fork.
STEP 3: Insert the front fork into the lower frame hole and handle bar (3a). Make
sure the fork and the handle bar are correctly aligned. Then push downward on
handlebar while the fork rests on a flat surface (3b). Use force to have a good fit.

STEP 4: Insert the hexagonal bolt
in the upper hole of the handle
bar and secure the bolt using a
hexagonal screwdriver.
