TO REMOVE CLOG FROM HOSE
1. Rotate the extension hose release lever
counter-clockwise to release extension hose.
2. Remove the upper end of the extension
hose from the wand holder by twisting, and
pulling straight up.
3. Plug in the vacuum cleaner and turn it on.

4. Stretch the extension hose to maximum
length and then allow the hose to return to
its natural length.
5. Re-insert the hose into the original
storage position from which it was removed.
Press firmly to ensure correct placement.

6. Rotate hose release lever clockwise to
the locked position.
If the dust bag, filter areas and the hose
areas are free of clogs, disconnect the
nozzle hose from the wand holder and
check the nozzle for clogging.
Clean the agitator according to the
instructions in the AGITATOR CLEANING
(Page 21)
Return the vacuum cleaner to the upright
position before plugging into an electrical
outlet.

CLEAN-OUT PORT

Disconnect electrical supply before
performing maintenance to the vacuum
cleaner. Failure to do so could result in
electrical shock or personal injury from
the vacuum cleaner suddenly starting.
1. Using a flat screwdriver or small coin pry
gently between the cover and the nozzle to
access the clean-out port.
2. Remove any debris or build-up.
3. Reinstall cover. You should hear a notice-
able click when the cover snaps into place.
