    Der DÖRR DAF-320 ist ein Systemblitzgerät, das speziell auf die Funktionen Ihrer OLYMPUS oder PANASONIC System- bzw. DSLR-Kamera abgestimmt ist. Unser Ziel ist es, dass Sie mit dem DAF-320 deutlich bessere Bildergebnisse als mit Ihrem eingebauten Kamerablitz oder ohne Blitz erzielen. Um alle Funktionen Ihres neuen Blitzgerätes optimal auszunutzen, sollten Sie vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme diese Anleitung genau lesen.
  • Página 3 SLEEP MODUS Um die Batterien zu schonen, ist der DAF-320 mit einer Stromsparautomatik ausgestattet. Diese wird nach 60 Sekunden aktiv, wenn die Kamera ausge- schaltet oder nicht verwendet wird. Das Blitzgerät schaltet dann in den Stand-by Modus und im Display erscheint Sleep. Das Blitzgerät ist automatisch wieder bereit, sobald Sie Ihre Kamera wieder einschalten.
  • Página 4 INDIREKTES BLITZEN Der DAF-320 ist mit einem Dreh- und Schwenkreflektor ausgestattet. Dieser ermöglicht Ihnen die Veränderung der Blitzrichtung horizontal um bis zu 150° (60° nach links, 90° nach rechts) und vertikal von -7° bis zu 90°. Sie vermeiden das frontale Anblitzen von Motiven, indem Sie den Blitzreflektor in Richtung einer reflektierenden Fläche richten (Einfallwinkel = Ausfallwinkel).
  • Página 5 Position. Die lichtempfindliche Photozelle fängt nun reflektiertes Licht vom eingebauten Kamerablitzlicht oder von einem anderen Blitzgerät auf und löst dazu synchron den DAF-320 aus. Wenn Sie Im S1 Modus keine überzeugenden Bildergebnisse erzielen, so versuchen Sie es mit dem S2 Modus.

    ÜBERHITZUNGSSCHUTZ Um Ihren Blitz vor Schäden durch Überhitzung zu schützen, ist der DAF-320 mit einem Überhitzungsschutz ausgestattet. Bei andauernd hoher Blitz- frequenz mit mindestens 1/4 Blitzleistung wird der Überhitzungsschutz aktiviert. Dann schaltet sich der Blitz ab und geht für ca. 2 Minuten in den Kühlmodus.

    The DÖRR DAF-320 is a system flash, which harmonizes with the functions of your Olympus or Panasonic DSLR or system camera. Our intension is that by using the DAF-320 you will achieve much better image results than with the use of the built-in camera flash or without flash. For an optimum use of the functions of your new flash unit, please read these instructions before starting to work with the flash.

    SLEEP MODE In order to save the battery power, the DAF-320 flash is fitted with a power saving function. It becomes active 60s after last use of the camera, or when you switch the camera off. The flash goes to standby mode and the display shows Sleep.
  • Página 10 Once it glows permanently, the flash unit is ready to fire the next flash INDIRECT FLASH The DAF-320 boasts of a bounce and tilt flash head. So the flash direction can changed horizontally by 150° (60° to the left, 90° to the right) and from -7° to 90° vertically. You can avoid the direct flash onto your object, by directing the flash to a reflecting surface (incident angle = angle of reflection). The surface should be neutrally white (white wall or ceiling).
  • Página 11 LED ASSIST LIGHT FOR AUTOFOCUS The DAF-320 flash is fitted with an autofocus assist LED light. In case of very low light, the contrasts of your object may be insufficient for proper auto- focus. In this case, the autofocus assist LED will go on, when the camera shutter is pressed halfway down. So the object will be illuminated and even in the darkest rooms, the autofocus will be able to work fast and precisely.

    OVERHEATING PROTECTION The DAF-320 is fitted with an overheating protection. In case of permanent and highly frequent flash firing with minimum 1/4 flash power, the DAF-320 is protected against damages caused by overheating. The flash will go off for approximate 2 minutes and a cooling mode starts. The LCD shows TP-HI.

  • Página 15 FONCTION MISE HORS TENSION AUTOMATIQUE Afin d’économiser de l’énergie, le flash DAF-320 est équipé d’une fonction mise hors tension automatique. Elle est activée 60 secondes après que la caméra a été éteinte ou de non utilisation. Le flash sera mis en mode veilleuse et sur l‘écran apparaitra „Sleep“. Si vous souhaitez de nouveau utiliser le flash, veuillez allumer de nouveau la caméra .Le flash est maintenant opérationnel.

  • Página 17 DAF-320 en mode esclave soit déclenché synchroniquement avec le flash maître, les pré-flashes doivent être ignorés par la cellule photoélectrique esclave. Pour cela veuillez allumer votre flash DAF-320 dans le mode fonc- tion esclave S2. Appuyez la touche MODE jusqu’à ce que S2 apparaisse sur l’écran LC. Le mode S2 fonctionne exactement comme le mode S1, avec la différence que les pré-flashes doivent être ignorés par le flash principal.

    TÉLÉMÈTRE LED ADDITIONNEL POUR AUTOFOCUS Le flash DAF-320 est équipé d’un télémètre LED additionnel. Dans un environnement à faible luminosité, il se peut que le contraste du sujet ne soit pas suffisant pour la mise au point automatique. Dans ce cas, une lumière auxiliaire émise par le flash DAF-320 est activée par simple pression à mi-course sur le déclencheur.

    PREÁMBULO El flash DÖRR DAF-320 es un sistema de flash que ha sido diseñado especialmente par las funciones de su Olympus o Panasonic cámara sistema y de su cámara DSLR (cámaras réflex digitales). Nuestro objetivo es que Ud pueda alcanzar con el DAF-320 sín alguna duda mejores resultados que con el flash incorporado en su cámara o entonces sin flash.

    FUNCIÓN DE DESCONEXIÓN AUTOMÁTICA Para conservar la energía de las pilas el flash DAF-320 dispone de un apagado automático. Este modo se activa aproximadamente 60 segundos después que la cámara ha sido apagada o en caso de la no utilización de la unidad. El flash se pone en modo “stand-by” y en la pantalla aparece la indicación „Sleep“.

    TELÉMETRO ADICIONAL PARA ENFOQUE AUTOMÁTICO El flash DAF-320 está equipado con un telémetro adicional LED. En iluminaciones pobres el contraste del objeto muchas veces no es suficiente para el enfoque automático. En este caso el flash proyecta una luz auxiliar como contraste en el objeto a fotografiar en el momento del pulsar hasta la mitad el disparador de la cámara.
