Safety Manual
The safety instrument series JUMO heatTHERM(-AT), (-DR) in accordance with data sheets 602031 and
603070 monitors processes in plants to determine whether a measured value is overrange or underrange for
a setlimit value.
The JUMO heatTHERM(-AT), (-DR) 602031 or 603070 has been type-tested by TÜV Süd Industrie Service
GmbH in accordance with DIN EN 14597 and the B10d value has been certified according to DIN EN ISO
13849-1.
This certification (see CONFIRMATION) applies to all types and features listed below:

value is performed using a switching capacity test at 16A, 230V, resistive load and evaluated by

TÜV Süd Industrie Service GmbH based on DIN EN ISO 13849-1 (see CONFIRMATION) and confirmed with
the following values.

value was performed at a switching frequency of 240 cycles per hour (4 cycles per

minute) and meets the requirements of DIN EN 14597 for temperature controllers at maximum load.
The entry in the Declaration of Conformity < 1 cycle per hour takes into account practical experience and the
classification of the MTTF
