Disposal
The packaging should be disposed of at a local recycling facility
and in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations.
The device should not be disposed of with regular household
trash. For information about disposing of the device at the end of
its useful life, please contact your local administration.
Improper disposal of batteries can harm the environment! De-
fective or empty batteries must be recycled. Take your batteries
and/or the device to a local collecting point. Never throw batter-
ies into household trash. They can contain heavy metals and are
classed as hazardous waste. The chemical symbols for heavy met-
als are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = quicksilver, Pb = lead. You should
therefore take your batteries to a local collecting point.
