6. Use of the audio
functions

Radio Function

Extract the whip antenna [20], located on the top part
of the radio, in order to ensure an excellent reception
of the transmitted signal. Then turn the radio on
by pressing the push button [4] and selecting the
desired radio band using the keys [5] o [6].
The next time the radio is turned on again, after hav-
ing been turned off, the radio will transmit the same
radio station on which it was tuned at the time it was
turned off. The desired radio station can be selected
by rotating the roller [12].
Brionvega rr227 is equipped, on the front, with an AM
and FM radio frequency scale to be used for obtain-
ing a precise tuning of the frequency you would like
to listen to.
MP3 Player Function
Brionvega rr227 is able to decode and reproduce
the MP3 files that have been stored in its USB mem-
ory or on a Secure Digital Card.
Insert a Secure Digital Card or a USB memory, on
which the soundtracks have be previously saved in
mp3 format, in the appropriate slots.
Using the control panel, select the desired source [7]
or [8] and use the keys [9] or [10] to jump from one
track to another.
The system will begin to play the audio contents au-
tomatically a few seconds after the storage supports
have been connected.
It is recommended that you insert and remove
the storage supports (USB Memory and Secure
Digital Card) with the rr227 system in the OFF
position.
Connecting and disconnecting the storage sup-
ports with the system turned on may damage
the supports themselves and their contents.
