WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ELECTRIC DUTCH OVEN
Problems
My Electric Dutch Oven does not
work. What do I do?
I plugged in my appliance but it
switched itself off.
I unplugged my appliance because I
made a setting mistake, but when I
plug it in again, the cooking program
could not be changed.
Display issue.
The food does not cook as quickly as
it used to.
IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY
Plugging issue.
The product switched into standby
mode.
The product was not unplugged long
enough. The cooking setting saved
in memory was not reset.
Condensation inside the display
panel due to intensive cleaning.
Lid missing or badly positionned.
Food parts too big.
Possible causes
Solutions
Check that the cooker is correctly
plugged in. If need be, unplug it
and plug it back in again. Check
that your power outlet is working.
Press any button once to leave
standby mode. If nothing happens,
unplug the product then wait 2
minutes and plug it in again.
Unplug the product for at least
2  minutes before plugging it in
again.
Let the product dry over night. If
problem appears again, take the
appliance to an approved Service
Center.
Start again cooking with lid correctly
positionned. Increase cooking time.
