Inserting the tubular filter

 Before inserting the tubular filter please make sure that it is not
visibly damaged or soiled.
A damaged or soiled tubular filter must not be used under any cir‐
cumstances.
Unscrew the locking cap on the injector tube in an anti-clockwise

direction.
Then pull the locking cap off.

Push the tubular filter fully into the injector tube.

Fit the locking cap over the end of the filter that is protruding out of

the injector tube. The narrow groove must face upwards and the wi‐
de groove downwards.
Push the tubular filter fully into the injector tube by the locking cap.

A light resistance will be felt, caused by the O rings. This is to ensure
a good seal. If a resistance is not felt when pushing the filter in re‐
place the O rings.
Only use genuine original Miele O rings as these are the only ones
suitable for use in your washer-disinfector. The tubular filter must be
used without the O rings.
Turn the locking cap clockwise as far as it will go.

