EXTREM I / II ARTERO TECHNICS
The appliance is designed to be hung vertically on the wall (hooks and plugs are supplied
for this purpose), and it should be placed at a height of 1.5 m above the floor, although
hanging it at a different height would not affect the operation of the appliance.
A template is also provided for making the holes for the hooks to hang the apparatus.
The filter will always be facing upwards and the tube outlet downwards. The tube may
be hung on a handle on the side of the housing.
It can be left in the horizontal position on a flat surface, but this is not advisable.

MAINTENANCE
KEEP THE FILTER CLEAN AND FREE FROM HAIR.
CHANGE THE FILTER EVERY 9-12 MONTHS TO AVOID BAD SMELLS AND
GUARANTEE OPTIMAL OPERATION.
HIGH-PRESSURE MOTORS NEED THEIR BRUSHES / CARBONS REPLACED.
THE FREQUENCY FOR CHANGING THEM VARIES ACCORDING TO USE, BUT
IT IS ADVISABLE TO DO IT EVERY 6 OR 12 MONTHS.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

•This appliance is not to be used by people (including children) with impaired physical,
sensorial or mental abilities, or who lack experience or knowledge, unless they have had
supervision or training in the use of the appliance by a person in charge of their safety.
•Children should be supervised to make sure they do not play with the appliance.
•If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, the latter's
after-sales service or by similar qualified personnel in order to avoid any danger.
•Never, under any circumstances, touch an electrical appliance that has fallen into water.
Unplug the device from the mains immediately.
•Unplug the device from the mains before cleaning.
•Use the appliance only for the purpose described in the instruction manual. Use the
manufacturer's recommended accessories and spare parts.
•Do not use the appliance if it is not working properly, is damaged or has fallen into wa-
ter. In these cases send the appliance to our technical service for inspection and repair.
