•For use with cats and dogs only. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for any
problems caused by misuse of the appliance.
•Do not leave the appliance within the reach of children.

WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS
1.-CUCHILLERIA ARTERO S.A. offers a one-year warranty on all parts of its electrical
appliances that are not subject to wear. The rights pertaining to this warranty do not affect
the legal and/or contractual guarantees to which the purchaser is entitled with regard to
the seller in question.
2.-The warranty takes effect as of delivery of the appliance, and all appliances must be
delivered with the duly completed Warranty Certificate or purchase invoice.
3.-Within the warranty period, we will repair any parts with manufacturing defects free
of charge with labour included, but no appliances will be replaced and no refunds will be
made. In the event of any manufacturing defect, the part under warranty will always be
replaced. The cost of shipping the appliance under warranty will always be at the customer's
expense once 15 days have elapsed from the date of purchase.
4.-Any operations performed on the appliance by anyone who does not have the
authorisation of CUCHILLERIA ARTERO S.A. will render the warranty null and void. The
warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive strain or misuse, unsuitable handling,
lack of proper maintenance, negligence or failure to read the appliance user instructions
for correct operation and maintenance.
5.-Parts replaced under warranty do not entail an extension of the term thereof and will
become the property of CUCHILLERIA ARTERO S.A.
6.-Warranties will have a repair time of 24 h once they reach our technical service. If the
fault cannot be remedied, CUCHILLERIA ARTERO S.A. will adopt the most suitable solution.
7.-If the product is not purchased in Spain or Portugal, contact your usual retailer concerning
the product warranty.
