unscrewed from the three-way fitting
housing it and dismantled for cleaning.
If the clogging has been caused by
chalk or lime deposits it is possible to
wash with the appropriate products that
dissolve the lime and are easy to find on
the market.
Given the vicinity of the hydrometer in
glycerine and cock it is probable if the
latter is clogged so will the opening
of the pressure gauge be as well: it is
therefore as well that while dismantling
the cock the hydrometer is checked and
