- system #9 – multiplex meter immediate (alternated)
It allows making a system of 3 or 4 valves. Each valve has it's own meter, only one is in standby
and the others are in service. Only one valve will be regenerating at a given time. As soon as the
softened water volume on a valve reaches zero, this unit will then go in regeneration. The valve
that was in standby goes in service then the unit that needs a regeneration goes in standby and
regeneration.

The parameter is used to do systems of 2 valves or more. Choose a lead valve [LEAD] in the
system and set the other valves to slave [ Lag]. For systems using a unique meter, it must be
connected to the lead valve.
Ex.: lead valve (first)

Remote controlled regeneration
The valve is controlled by an external device. The regeneration will start immediately after the
closure of the contact which timing is predetermined during the setting. A closure time is
requested to validate the signal before the regeneration start.
Setting values: 1 to 99 minutes

Display unit
This parameter gives the choice between US display and metric.
- US display : volume in gallon, time display 2 x 12 hours, hardness in grain
- metric format: volume in litre, time display 24 hours, hardness in °tH or °f

System capacity
This parameter allows setting the system capacity. The electronics calculate the volume of
water that the system can condition between two regenerations.
Setting values:
- C199-C999 m
- Ct1.0-Ct19 m
"t" indicates a multiplication by 1000
Ex.: 450 m3°tH
Safety coefficient

This parameter allows adapting the system capacity. The value indicated is in percentage by
which the total capacity will be reduced.
Setting values: 0 to 50 %
Ex.: reduce the system capacity of 10%
Inlet water hardness

This parameter allows the setting of water hardness at the input in °tH. The electronics
calculate automatically the volume of water treated based on water hardness and system
capacity.
Setting values: 2 to 199 °tH (metric units)
Ex.: 30°tH
Regeneration time

This parameter allows a time setting for the regeneration. The display of this parameter is
recognisable by the 2 fixed dots between the hours and minutes.
Ex.: regeneration at 2 A.M.
