VPS. These movements should be smooth. If this is not the case, repeat the steps
1.4 and 2.3.
2.7 Push the padding of the cheek pad in line with the snap fastener on its back by
fastening it to its seat fixed to the shell. Hook the roll neck flap to the cheek pad (Fig. 15).
3. ROLL NECK DISASSEMBLY
3.1 Remove the roll neck flap from the cheek pad, pull the front part of the left cheek pad
towards the inside of the helmet to release the snap fastener located on the left frame
(Fig. 15). Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
3.2 Release the roll neck eyelet from the frame fixed to the outer shell (Fig. 16). Repeat the
same operation on the right side of the helmet.
3.3 Unhook the rear left fastening flap of the support attached to the edge of the inner
shell and pull the comfort padding lightly towards the inside, at the helmet neck-ring
area. Then repeat the same steps to remove the central flaps as well as the right rear
flap. (Fig. 17).
3.4 Remove the roll neck from the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig. 21).
3.5 Insert the rear right, central and left flaps of the liner into the relevant support seats in
the edge of the shell in the helmet neck-ring area (Fig. 22). Push the flaps until they are
fully hooked onto the support.
3.6 Push the padding of the cheek pad in line with the snap fastener on its back by
fastening it to its seat fixed to the shell (Fig. 23).
4. ROLL NECK ASSEMBLY
4.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions), pull the front part of the left cheek pad
towards the inside of the helmet to release the first snap fastener located on the left
frame (Fig. 23). Repeat the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
4.2 Unhook the rear left fastening flap of the support attached to the edge of the inner
shell and pull the comfort padding lightly towards the inside, at the helmet neck-ring
area. Then repeat the same steps to remove the central flaps as well as the right rear
flap. (Fig. 22).
4.3 Insert the roll neck into the liner by using its left, central and right slots (Fig. 21).
4.4 Insert the rear right, central and left flaps of the liner into the relevant support seats
in the edge of the shell in the helmet neck-ring area (Fig. 17). Push the flaps until they
are fully hooked onto the support.
4.5 Hook the roll neck eyelet to the frame fixed to the outer shell, (Fig. 16) making sure that
the frame's central air intake is free.
4.6 Push the padding of the cheek pad in line with the snap fastener on its back by
fastening it to its seat fixed to the shell. Hook the roll neck flap to the cheek pad (Fig. 15).
NOTE: During ROLL NECK assembly and disassembly operations, make sure that
the right and left side flaps of the comfort padding are correctly placed between the
inner and the outer shell (Fig. 19). If this is not the case, repeat the steps 1.5 and 2.4.

Never use the helmet if the inner comfort padding and the cheek pads have not
