− Under no circumstances use hard, scratching, or abrasive cleaning
agents or the like in order to clean the device. If you do, the surface
could be scratched.
− As needed, wipe down the activity monitor with a soft, lightly dampened cloth.

You're sliding across the floor or are wearing
slippers on your feet.
Has Bluetooth been activated on your
smartphone?
Is the FITvigo app active?
Was the distance between the activity
tracker and smartphone too large?
