guarantees the electric radiators it supplies against any manufacturing defect in accordance with the
,
Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection
of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
The warranty period of 2 years mentioned in the Royal Decree against any lack of conformity appearing on the
product will start as soon as the delivery of the product, verified by the presentation of the invoice or receipt.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be assumed that any lack of conformity that appears 6 months after the delivery did not exist
when the item was delivered.
The warranty of the spare parts will have a duration of 2 years from the date of delivery of the appliance.
10-year Commercial Warranty in aluminium elements (does not include labour nor transport).
This warranty applies only and exclusively to appliances that are sold and installed in Spanish territory.
The warranty does not cover incidents caused by:
• The power supply from systems with power generators or any other system that is not a stable electric circuit or
that does not have sufficient capacity.
• Products that have been repaired by someone who is not from the FERROLI Official Technical Support and/or
authorised personnel from FERROLI.
• Corrosion, deformation, etc., caused by unsuitable storage.
• Handling of the product by personnel outside of FERROLI during the warranty period.
• Installation not in accordance with the instructions supplied with the appliance.
• Installation of the appliance without observing the current Laws and Regulations in force (electricity, etc.).
• Defects in electrical installations.
• Anomalies caused by atmospheric agents (ice, lightning, floods, etc.), as well as unsteady currents.
• Improper maintenance, carelessness or incorrect use.
Transport damages must be claimed by the user directly to the carrier.
Possible interventions that occur during the warranty period or if a new appliance is required only modify the
warranty period by increasing it in the time that elapses during the repair or delivery of a new product.
The material replaced under warranty will be property of FERROLI ESPAÑA, S.L.U.
VERY IMPORTANT: To claim on the right of Warranty here recognized, the appliance must be intended for house-
hold use. It will also be necessary to present the invoice or the receipt of the appliance along with the correspond-
ing delivery note, if it was given later, to the technical staff of FERROLI before his intervention. Any complaints may
be made to the competent body in the matter.
