d) Your body as well as the free end of the cable shall be set as
far away as possible from the battery. Then, connect the
NEGATIVE (BLACK) clamp to the free end of the cable.
e) Do not stand in front of the battery when making the final
connection.
f) When disconnecting the charger, do it in a sequence that is
reverse from the connection procedure. Disconnect the first
connection standing as far away as possible.
g) A sea boat battery shall be removed and charged on ground.
Charging on board, require equipment especially designed to
marine use.

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

This device is designed to charge a variety of SLA batteries (acid
lead sealed battery) used mainly in automobiles, motorcycles and
other vehicles.
The batteries can be, for example, humid (WET) – (with liquid
electrolytes), GEL – (with gel electrolytes) or AFM batteries (with
absorbing glass separator), or silicon batteries.
The special design of the device (also referred as "three-level
charge strategy") enables the battery to charge to almost 100% if
the capacity. The charger can also be connected to the battery for
long periods to keep it in optimal conditions.

INTENDED USE

The charge for automobiles with continuous and slow charge drive
(Software Chip) adequate for charge and slow charge in the
following 6 V or 12 V
solution, AMG batteries, acid lead batteries, deep cycle (marine
batteries) or gel batteries:
* For automotive battery or motorcycle battery with 12 V / 6 V
and, 8 Ah – 180 Ah capacity.
The automobile charger presents a protection circuit against sparks
and overheating. The incorrect or inadequate use makes the
warranty void. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages
cause by incorrect use. The device is not for commercial use.
NOTE: The automobile charger is not adequate to recharge electric
vehicles with built-in rechargeable battery.

CONNECTION
• Before recharging or trickle charging a permanent battery
connected to a vehicle, first, disconnect the connection cable
to the negative terminal (black) off the battery negative
terminal. The battery negative terminal, typically is
connected to the car body.
• Then, disconnect the connection cable of the positive
terminal (red) off the positive terminal in the battery.
• Only then, connect the positive clamp (Red) of the battery
charger "+" to terminal "+".
• Connect the negative clamp (Black) "- " to terminal "·- " of
the battery. Connect the automobile charger cable in the
power supply.
NOTE: When the charger clamps are connected correctly, the
display will show a voltage value and the word "connected" will
light up. If the poles are reversed, the display will show 0.0 and
the word "connected" will NOT light up.
