NOTE: In the event the battery is completely dry, the 75 A will
not be enough to start all the motors (for example, diesel
vehicles). In this case, select the "Fast charge" option using the
charge button, and charge the battery 60% (Pre-heating diesel
motors draws power from the battery. This requires 60% after
pre-heating).
You can supervise the charge process in the display, selecting
the "Battery 90%" option with the button in the digital display.
When reaching 60%, it starts again.
Exit the mode disconnecting the power cable.
CAUTION
MAINTENANCE
Always remove the plug from the power supply when the battery
charger is serviced or cleaned.
Never use water or other liquids when cleaning the charger.
Keep the cable and battery charger clean. Some cleaners or
solvents (gasoline, thinner) may affect or dissolve the plastic
parts. Those products contain benzene, trichloroethylene,
bleach and ammonia.
WARNING
To avoid danger with electricity, the charger shall
be connected to a power supply with good ground and shall not
be exposed to rain or snow.
Any damaged cable shall be immediately replaced by a certified
specialist
FUSE REPLACEMENT
The automobile charger fuse may get damaged, for example due
to failure in hardware, overload, etc.
• Disconnect the power cable before replacing the fuse.
• Remove the fuse cover pressing slightly on its side.
• Unscrew the fuse with a combined wrench and secure the new
fuse.
• Screw tight in place and set the cover back.
NOTE: If you need a new fuse, contact a Truper
Center.
DEFECTIVE BATTERIES
• Defective batteries not retaining the charge. Oftentimes, there
are batteries in very bad repair and cannot be charged. Replace
because those batteries cannot retain the charge.
• Short circuited batteries.
If after several hours the charger is not indicating that the battery
is charging, usually it means that one of the elements is short
circuited. Replace the battery.
MALFUNCTIONING
If your battery charger is not functioning as always, may be due
to the following reasons:
• The clamp is connected incorrectly. Check if the right clamp is
connected to the right terminal.
• The safety switch is OFF.

advices:
• Check the liquid level of the battery each month. If
necessary, fill with distilled water.
• Clean the battery terminals regularly to prevent deposit
formations. Rub some Vaseline in the terminals.
• If the automobile is not used regularly, the battery gets
discharged, therefore, charge regularly to the maximum
capacity. This way you prevent malfunction.
• If the battery is checked already and it is still not charging,
take it to a Truper
