7. 7. Water installation Water installation
It is very important that feedwater to the oven be deminerali-
zed.
VERY IMPORTANT:
In order to have a correct oven functioning, the water in-
let pressure could not be upper than 0,5 Bar. This water
inlet pressure has been assured during a steam injection
by means of a pressure regulator device. Work with hig-
her water pressure can cause premature failure of turbi-
nes and engines failures.

1- Water intake
Water supply by means of a flexible hose supplied with the
oven (washing machiner type) with a female 3/4" coupling on
the free end.
NOTE: For those cases in which water is calcareous, it is ne-
cessary to install a water softener between the water supply
and the oven intake. (Not supplied with the oven).
