6.1 Wedge Installation and removal

Wedge removal
To remove the wedge without damage, pry it away with a finger or use a flat,
blunt object such as a tongue depressor.

Mounting the wedge
Semi-permanent bond (initial mounting)
Apply only the smallest amount of
supplied Cyanoacrylate adhesive to
temporarily hold the wedge on the
heel pad. Too much adhesive will
inhibit removal of the wedge. Align
the posterior edges of wedge and pad.
Press on the wedge and hold it for
15 seconds.
