3. Locate mounting hooks on backside of LED Shop light housing (Fig. 2A). Take S-hook and
loop it into the provided hanging chain. (Fig. 2B).
4. Hang one chain (B) on each open screw eye.
Level the fixture (A) by increasing or decreasing the number of chain links between the open
screw eye and the slot on the fixture (A). Make sure the number of links on each chain (B) is
the same. This will ensure that the fixture (A) hangs level (Fig. 3).
5. Crimp the screw eyes with pliers to secure the chain (B) (Fig. 4)
6. If you are using chains, continue to next step. Snap fixture into the brackets using the 4
slots provided on the outside of the fixture housing (Fig. 5).
7. The distance between the cord end of fixture (A) and electrical outlet shall be within 5 feet.
Plug fixture into 120V outlet only.
8. Add pull string (C) to pull chain if desired.
Operating the Shoplight and BT Speakers:
1. Turn the Metalux Bluetooth Speaker Shoplight on by pulling the fixture chain/cord. The
light will turn on and the speakers will chime within 10 seconds indicating Bluetooth is
now enabled and ready to connect.
2. While standing within 1 meter of the shoplight pair a Bluetooth enabled device such as
your smart phone or tablet to the speakers by selecting the "Metalux Light Speakers".
You will hear a confirmation chime once paired.
3. Enjoy listening to music or other media (books, podcasts, etc.). The paired device must
remain within 30 feet (10m) of the shoplight to stay connected.
4. You may use the speakers without the lights by pulling the chain two times quickly within
2 seconds.
5. To turn the fixture and speakers on/off pull the chain once. Once you have turned off the
speakers step 2 may be repeated to re-connect.

WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Cooper Lighting Solutions ("CLS") warrants to customers that, for a period of five years from
the date of purchase, CLS products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
The obligation of CLS under this warranty is expressly limited to the provision of
replacement products. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the
product. A purchaser's receipt or other proof of date of original purchase acceptable to CLS.
This is required before warranty performance shall be rendered. This warranty does not
apply to CLS products that have been altered or repaired that have been subjected to
neglect, abuse, misuse or accident
(including shipping damages). This warranty does not apply to products not manufactured by
CLS which have been supplied, installed, and/or used in conjunction with CLS products.
Damage to the product caused by replacement bulbs or corrosion or discoloration of brass
components are not covered by this warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUEN-
TIAL DAMAGES (REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT
LIABILITY, OR IN TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), NOR FOR LOST PROFITS; NOR SHALL THE
LIABILITY OF CLS FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH
THESE TERMS OR THE MANUFACTURE, SALE, DELIVERY, USE, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR
MODIFICATION OF CLS PRODUCTS, OR SUPPLY OF ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS THEREFORE,
EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF CLS PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO A CLAIM. NO LABOR
CHARGES WILL BE ACCEPTED TO REMOVE OR INSTALL FIXTURES.

following information:
• Name, address and telephone number
• Date and place of purchase
• Catalog and quantity purchase
• Detailed description of problem
All returned products must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization Number issued
by the Company and must be returned freight prepaid. Any product received without a Return
Goods Authorization Number from the Company will be refused. CLS is not responsible for
merchandise damaged in transit. Repaired or replaced products shall be subject to the terms
of this warranty and are inspected when packed. Evident or concealed damage that is made
in transit should be reported at once to the carrier making the delivery and a claim filed with
them.
