BATTERY INSTALLATION & BASIC OPERATION
Batteries must be inserted correctly to avoid damage to the remote control. Always remove the
batteries when the remote control will not be used for a long period of time, as this will cause
leakage to batteries and subsequently damage your set.

Notes:
•
The TV control button must be 'ON' in order for the remote control to operate.
•
Do not shake remote control vigorously.
•
Don't splash liquid on the remote control. Also, do not keep the remote control in a highly humid place.
•
Do not place the remote control under direct sunlight as it will cause deformation of the unit by heat.
•
When the remote sensor is under direct sunlight or strong lighting, the remote control will not work.
lf so please change the lighting or TV's position, or operate the remote control closer to the remote
sensor.
•
If the distance required between the remote control and the apparatus decreases, the batteries
are exhausted. In this case, replace the batteries with new ones.
•
Do not use different types of batteries (for example, Manganese and Alkaline batteries) together.
•
The batteries (battery pack or batteries installed) should not be exposed to excessive heat such
as sunshine, fire or the like.
•
Please abide by the relevant environmental regulation when disposing of the batteries.
•
Do not place objects between the remote control and the remote control IR sensor.
•
If the remote control is operated near other appliances which generate infrared rays, or if other
remote control devices using infrared rays are used near the appliance, it may operate incorrectly.
