Power supply of the accessories
The power supply of all the accessories such as photocells,
proximity readers, cable keypads etc. is 24VAC or 24VDC.
The terminals are protected by an electronic fuse cutting off the
current in case of overload and connecting automatically when
the overload is disconnected.
Connect the power supply wires of the accessories needing
alternate current between terminals M11 and M12 of the
control unit.
For the accessories needing direct current, connect the positive
pole to terminal M10 and the negative to terminal M12.

PLUG-IN RECEIVER

The control unit City5 is arranged for the clutch of a super
heterodyne high sensitivity receiver MR1
WARNING:
Before making any of the following operations disconnect the
control unit. Pay the greatest attention to the side of the clutch
of the plug-ins.
The 4 channels of the receiver unit MR1 control the following
operations:
CHANNEL 1 Starting up of an incoming phase
CHANNEL 2 Starting up of an outgoing phase
CHANNEL 3 break of the phase (at rest)
CHANNEL 4 "Start" to the control unit of the gate
(without starting up of the phase)
WARNING:
To store the 4 channels and the working logics carefully read
the instruction given with the receiver MR1

OUTDOOR ANTENNA

We suggest to use the outdoor antenna ANS433 or ANSGP433
to guarantee the maximum range.
Connect the central contact of the antenna to terminal G2 of
the control unit and the shield to terminal G1.
INTERFACE
The ADI (Additional Devices Interface) interface of the control
unit City5 allows the connection with V2 ELETTRONICA optional
modules. See V2 ELETTRONICA catalogue to see the ones
fitting this control unit.
WARNING:
To connect the optional modules, carefully read the instruction
given with each module.

CONTROL PANEL

When the power supply is given, the control unit controls the
correct working of the display switching on all the segments and
arrows for 1,5 s. 8.8.8.8. During the following 1,5 s the
firmware version, e.g. Pr 1.0, is displayed.
