The ALLMATIC-Jakob Spannsysteme GmbH manufacturer offers the following analysis options:
Clamping report
Values of the last 200 clamping processes remain stored.
The clamping report contains the maximum clamping force values of the last 200 clamping pro-
cesses and displays them in a diagram.
Statistics
Number of clamping processes and maximum values.
– Serial number of the CA spindle:
Displays the serial number of the read CA spindle.
– Gap CA spindle on MEE:
Storage position of the read CA spindle in the MEE during logging of the values.
– Maximum force value since beginning of the recording:
Maximum clamping force applied during a recording.
– Number of clamping processes with a force > 5 kN
– Number of clamping processes with a force > 55 kN
